That worked in the pool old days when there were few specialty dining areas and everything was traditional dining with the same wait staff every night. Now many people have multiple servers also in the old days there were people who skipped last nights dinner
I would go for the Emerald. When we were on the Discovery in June the ship was packed and the noise level in the Piazza was very loud and hard to avoid
I thought the wines were excellent and most courses were except for the main course which was over cooked for my taste. You do not get to specify how you want things cooked
It is only on the Discovery and the Enchanted. They are the only ships that had the facility built into Sabatini’s when they were built. Other ships do not have the area built into them
Where were all the complaints when premier plan passengers were limited to 2 specialty dinners per cruise. Sounds like people only get upset when something affects you personally
There are 2 sitting with 20 people per dinner so over 200 people per 7 day cruise. There ate not that many suite guests. All full suites are guaranteed 360 invite. After that it seems to be a combo of reserve class mini suites, casino guests and maybe most traveled. No one really knows
Princess and the other cruise lines have to work out schedules with the ports. I am sailing at the end of September and don’t really expect to know the itinerary for another week or so
