  1. E have never encountered that. They always put one drink on each account. If they put all on one someone would be over the limit by the end of dinner
  2. Your fact is wrong. I have played 1,000 dollars of free play and accumulated points for years. I have.$600 free play on a 4 day cruise this year I will bet I have points
  3. I waited almost 2 hours to get a table same with sushi on Discovery
  4. No just upcharge fares. Why can’t you cruise now ? We will be sailing our 6th cruise since restart this month
  5. Breakfast is available every day in the MDR. Lunch is only done on sea days
  6. Expect for the pizzeria all of the casual dining venues have always had a charge except for Vines which most ships took the apps out awhile ago
  7. So I guess no one is ordering room service or ordering on the app either ?
  8. We always ask them to take the fruit bowl away
  9. By name only it does not look or taste the same
  10. Are there no people with plus or premier packages on your cruise ?
  11. I am assuming that you are booked on either the Discovery or the Enchanted since they are the only ones with 360. We find that the casual dining is not all that important with reserve class dining. We find the service and quality there to be much better the the casual outlets. We like our cocktails and get the Plus package. No we do not have to sign for our drinks
  12. And there should have been some paperwork from medical I would like to know what that said
  13. On the Discovery in June we did a b2b. In Skagway we docked in 2 different locations. One was a tender to the small boat harbor. The other we walked through containers to a shuttle bus
  14. This sounds like a one off I have gotten covid twice on ships and the standard procedure is a 5 day quarantine in your cabin. Is it possible these passengers refused to quarantine ? No accusing just asking
  15. I got a phone call last month about an issue on a September 2022 cruise which had been settled since January. There follow up procedures just aren’t very good
  16. It seems to be more a function of 100% occupancy than understaffing. In 202w ships were pretty empty this year packed. On the Discovery in June it was packed to the gills with tons of large families. Many cabins showed 4 people in each cabin
  17. They have never grandfathered things. Back in the day we had an unlimited alcohol package which became 15 drinks with little notice.
  18. Usually mailed about 12 days prior to sailing
  19. All cruise lines have always done these sorts of thing since I started cruising in 1992 and they have always sailed full. People act like this is something new. It is not
  20. Grab a Prosecco while I do the safety video, have lunch, check in at muster station, then unpack. Never even think about the Sanctuary
  21. Slots are open all night but the cage, table games and bars do close. We usually don’t even hit the casino till 10:00 or so
  22. In Portland slacks and a button down shirt are fine for weddings and funerals. Otherwise jeans and sneakers are the rule of the day
  23. That is a very small splash pool and I have never seen it full of people early in the morning. Can’t Imagine it would be an issue
