  1. Yeah but now my cruise on the Crown is blank and we sail in 24 days.
  2. Easiest call is formal. I have not worn a tie on formal night for several years
  3. Not all ships have a casino bar per se. You should be able to get drinks while playing whenever the casino cage is open. Some of the Royal class ships do not have a bar within the actual casino
  4. My CVP can handle most casino offers. When the off shore group messed up a bounce back offer it too her 3 weeks to get resolved
  5. Our penthouse suites are nearly as big as my condo
  6. Gosh we hate the strawberries. The casino and suite concierge always try and send them to us. Last cruise I had to go to GS and ask that they stop
  7. There is no lounge on any ship other than Royal class ships. There has been talk about the old loyalty officers on other ships to provide help to suite passengers but I have not seen any. I am in a suite at the end of September on the Crown and I have not gotten any communication from them about this service so time will tell
  8. It doesn’t matter what terminology you use. When you rebooked / refare the cruise you also refared the package
  9. All cruises are less formal now. I haven’t worn a tie on any cruise since the restart. Heck I don’t even own a tie anymore
  10. $15 would be 3 calls to room service. You can’t order the entire MDR menu from the app so where does the $15!come from. ?
  11. Packages do not have sales tax. I order from a state where there is no sales tax. What rate do you think they would use ?
  12. Anyone removing the crew tips is shorting all the people that make your trip great that you hardly see. All the people who stock the buffet or work the outdoors venues that you get food from so you carry a bunch of money around the ship and give out tips when you move about
  13. I would think as soon as you both order appetizers the price per dinner would kick in for both of you. There is no ala carte pricing there
  14. You do know that one of the suite perks is to have MDR food delivered to cabin
  15. Just guess you never ordered ice cream. LOL
  16. I don’t quite understand not needing Wi-Fi if you need your cell phone. However do the math at this time plus is $60 per person per day and first 2 in each cabin must take You can pay tips per day and get a non alcohol package with a standard fare and probably save money. Anyone who drinks a little alcohol every day can usually save with the plus package. However with the standard fare if you use room service or order through the app you will have to pay for those services
  17. You have been in a full suite and been charged ?
  18. Yes you can only do it from on board unless you have some way of calling the dine line from off ship
  19. This happened me a few cruises ago and 14 days before sailing the package showed up in the app. I always take a screenshot of the travel summary just to be sure since that also show my casino OBC and freeplay
  20. We have never reserved in advance. Get on board and see the suite concierge if on a Royal class ship or call dine line for others. I have even had dine line call me. They always leave open tables the first night for suites
  21. My experience with ordering food from room service has been the 2 times I have had Covid and was not pleased with the quality or temp of food. Ice cream ended up liquid and presentation of main course was just thrown together
  22. Don’t really care for that much of an exclusive environment
  23. The only reason we have Plus 60 on our next 6 cruises is to at we re after them to Casino discounts or free cabins and had to pay the new price to get the large discounts. I can see no reason to call room service or order something via the app and since we usually cruise non Royal class all casual restaurants have always had a charge. When we had Plus 50 never missed the gross desserts or exercise classes or juice bar. Always get by on our $15 drink limits
