  1. Having cruised Princess since 1990 I think the quality is still there but choices have become a little less since the pandemic. Using club class we get extra entrees which often have bee spectacular and give more choices
  2. Some of the biggest differences between full and mini suites are full suites get free mini suite, special breakfast in a specialty restaurant and free laundry plus the use of a concierge on Royal class ships. As far as I know there are no pools set aside for any class of cabins. And of corse the full suite has the nice big shower, separate WC and more room
  3. We pay the difference between balcony and suite price and average around $600 each for 7 day cruises on free play. Often get 30% off any cruise under 21 days and get lots of free play. Yes we do gamble low end slots 2-3 hours a day. Last cruise we walked off with $1,300 of Princess money. Doesn’t always happen but nice when it does and we always have a great time
  4. On 4 cruises last year we had patters delivered every evening for the next day
  5. Except for us Elite casino players who book in full suites as upgrades from free balconies and get thousands of dollars in free play in the casino every year
  6. I was referring to the Teserva Rose for $12. If a waiter would not let me order a higher priced wine I would ask for the restaurant manager
  7. I have taken the Seattle to Vancouver several times and it always stopped at the border and both US and Canadian custom came on board to check passports
  8. I see a Rose in the listing above your comment. It is from Chile
  9. Then you are limited to glasses $15 and under and will probably have few options
  10. There is a multi page wine list by glass and bottle. If you have the plus package you can order bottles at a 25% discount
  11. It was great during the World Cup last year and it was packed Beothuk people cheering on the teams
  12. Just an FYI. Princess CVP’s can now book casino offers
  13. It is a long trip. Once you hit the outskirts of Vancouver it crawls all the way to Canada Place
  14. You can get bottles for your cabin but they are small and not exactly cheap
  15. It looks like you can now book casino rates through your CVP rather than going through the casino department. This is per my CVP
  16. You never know. I have several cruises booked and most have gone up rather than down. If it is a popular cruise it will never go down
  17. We have cruised from Vancouver, San Francisco and LA over the last year and nobody ever checked our arrival time
  18. I have no problem paying $60 per day as both of us drink usually 6-10 drinks per day
  19. Buffalo Trace is a very common bourbon here in PNW. It is usually my go to under the plus package. My go to at home is Elijah Craig but I have never seen it on cruises
  20. Some people purchase it because only one person in the cabin drinks and the 2nd is only going to drink free beverages like tap water and they are not going to use WiFi. If you take the plus package the first 2 passengers must both have it
  21. We always print out the travel summary so we have back up if something doesn’t show up
  22. CC dining is simply one area of a dining room not the entire room. That dining room will have 2 entrances. In 2022 cruises it was on deck 6 midship.
  23. Well there are certain cruises that you will not be able to take without a vax or a test. Sailing in 2 weeks stopping in Colombia and unvaccinated passengers will need a medically observed test or cannot board
  24. That is a great menu. There are at least 2 apps and 3 mdd as ins I would have to choose from. Sailing in 18 days through the canal on the Emerald and looking forward to it
