  1. The one I have is way too old. I just go by the Celebrity App. If you look look under Menu for the dining areas, there is a drinks listing of by the glass and bottle. There is no assurance that all of the wines listed will be available onboard but from what I am reading, the availability of wines is improving.
  2. We went over 350 points as the result of our last cruise and when I called to update our preferences, I was offered choices of wines from the list in the link I posted. I'll know next month when we board Harmony whether or not we get the specific wines I requested or not. BTW, I found out that it is the list for the primary account holder that they go by. My wife had a difference preference than I did so if she was the primary we would get what was on her list. I had them change both to be identical.
  3. Thanks for the explanation. I have not come across anything similar but I have had some good meals at Applebee's.
  4. I go by this -- When they have the products in stock, it's been accurate. https://www.celebritycruises.com/things-to-do-onboard/onboard-packages/beverage-packages/compare-packages
  5. If you present two cards, you can get a drink for each. As @jwlane said, you can also get a can/bottle of water to go with your drink. Both are free depending on which drink package you have.
  6. Just looked at our sailing on Millennium for April and it's still the standard menu with the normal items, including the Huevos Ranchero's. I was born and raised in Alabama and what I was served when I ordered biscuits and gravy in Luminae was an offense to the meals name.
  7. I would choose Absolute over Tito's but that just me. Good luck and let us know how it works out as you are sailing before we will be sailing.
  8. Look at the post I responded to. It says his 'boarding pass showed both CALL and PALL" ..
  9. They use smaller size glasses at the casino bar which are covered by the Classic package. The larger sized glasses used at the martini bar are on the Premium package. There has been some mention of being able to get smaller glasses at the martini bar on the Classic package but I do not believe that is always the case.
  10. We stayed at the Renaissance in Downtown Seattle. We've stayed there twice and it is a very comfortable hotel. https://www.marriott.com/en-us/hotels/seasm-renaissance-seattle-hotel/overview/ We used Uber from the airport to the hotel and a taxi from the hotel to the airport and from the ship to the airport. The reason we used a taxi was because where our ship, Quantum of the Seas, was berthed, ride share was not permitted within a couple of blocks of the ships but taxi's were. Not sure if the same is the case where Celebrity docks as there were no Celebrity ships in port on the days we were there.
  11. One would hope that you are able to get them to reverse any charges. However, I suspect that Celebrity may try and use the clause in their contract about reserving the right to make changes. Let's hope common sense prevails.
  12. If your boarding pass says PALL then you should be good to go.
  13. Because not everyone has a drink package and that is the price that people without a drink package pay for those drinks.
  14. When we took it last year, we had three questions, two about COVID vaccinations, and one about pregnancy.
  15. I use the Notes app on my iPhone. I take note of each persons name and position as I encounter them during the cruise and make little notes about each. If someone really goes above and beyond, I mention it to the various managers/senior officers during the course of the cruise as well as at the end.
  16. You can choose a SIGN IN TIME but not a boarding time. Boarding is done once the ship is cleared for new passengers and it begins with Suite/Zenith passenger. When you check in on the app or Web site, you can get an assigned check in time for both you and your husband and then come back later and fill in passport and other information.
  17. I agree 100%. I ordered them once and only once. Never again.
  18. If you call and order the package they will apply the discount. If you buy it on the Website, you pay full price. Alternatively, you can wait until you are on the ship, use the free day, and then buy the package for the remainder of the cruise.
  19. Here -- this has all the answers. . . https://dlxffu6hwewxp.cloudfront.net/cas/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/18063159_CAS_MemberBonus_Amenity_List_v3.pdf
  20. Upgraded from the Holiday Inn Express huh?
  21. We had the Bigelow products, including hand sanitizer, on our Silhouette cruise last April. My wife loves the bar soap and asked our stateroom attendant for extra. He left six bars of it for her. Needless to same, some of that came home with us.
  22. I agree with that statement. Fortunately, I have not found that to be the case when we have sailed in Aqua or Suites on S-class ships. We've only done one Edge sailing and that was in a suite and I do not even remember any issues or anything extraordinary about the sommelier from that cruise. I am hopeful that we will have a good sommelier in Luminae on our upcoming Millennium cruise.
