  1. It seems they have a few glitches going on. When logged into MY account, DH shows double $50 Shore Excursion Credits, which of course, is actually NOT true!
  2. I believe that many of us "feel your pain"!
  3. Good point! It might be less confusing for some, but others might not read it the same way.
  4. Coffee is available with no additional cost, unless you choose a "specialty" coffee (Latte and such). Some drinks are no charge. However, Soft drinks (Sodas)and alcoholic beverages are not, unless you have the Free at Sea Beverage package included (20% cost of package value is added to your invoice, if you did select). If you paid the Daily Service Charge, then "tipping" is not required, but very much appreciated! Yes, you can upgrade internet onboard.
  5. Slightly larger room, mostly in the bathroom area.
  6. Once you are booked, the FAS+ option is an "Add-On" option to purchase! Just noticed the previous date...Sorry for this very late reply!
  7. You need to be logged into your Cruise Critis account in order to see the document.
  8. Yes, but would likely need need to be done immediately upon embarkation. Yes, infants are allowed in all restaurants.
  9. Loving your posts with lots of helpful information! 😀
  10. I just pulled our dailies from PRIMA cruise last November (since I imagine the hours will similar in February). Indulge Food Hall opened for breakfast 8:00am -10:00am, and dinner 5:30pm -9:30pm.
  11. TA might give either OBC. Refundable OBC is generally purchased.
  12. If you go directly to Palace, it's possible that you could still be seated for lunch. * More than likely, it depends on when embarkation actually begins.
  13. NCL representatives will not be at hotels. NCL representatives are available at the airport for booked transportation to the pier.
  14. Within a reasonable limit (few pounds) it probably will not be enforced.
  15. https://www.ncl.com/cruise-ship The link above shows each NCL ship. If you select the ship you wish to view, you can then look for different categories tabs, select your chosen topic, click and view.
  16. Pride of America is somewhat typical to the NCL ships built around the same time. Otherwise, there would be some noticeable differences, mostly based on the demographics of the ship's crew (American in Hawaii). The purchase of any alcoholic drinks within the Hawaii Beverage Package may, in certain individual circumstances, be restricted in accordance with Hawaii’s Intoxicating Liquor Law and applicable local rules and regulations.
  17. It will be two meals per person for your cruise! (Per https://www.ncl.com/about/terms-and-conditions/promotions) 7-11 Nights 2 Meals / Balcony & Above
  18. Here is an entire thread dedicated to East Coast hotels that might be helpful. Plenty of NYC posts. https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forum/317-east-coast-departures/
  19. Yes, but best if it in original (sealed) packaging.
  20. @cruiseny4life were you using Whitman's "O Captain! My Captain!" above? 😉
  21. Of course! I had forgotten about the second guest not receiving it since we cancelled the cruise well before final payment and looked at too many other things since then. 🙃
