Did they actually say the roof is broken? I have a 14 day Alaska cruise on the Spirit next month and closed roof would be oh so much better in Alaska! -
Your Carnival account will show your cruise date and ship but for some reason they have removed the stateroom number that used to show up with this info. Why they got rid of the stateroom number I don't know. I liked having the number so if I wanted to rebook the same room it would be easy to find. Now I just archive my cruise emails so I have the room number etc.

4K room is a Spirit class interior room which coincidentally is on deck 4. It is interior room but has floor to ceiling window with lifeboats blocking most of the rooms view. A select few are in between lifeboats and have a narrow limited view. They are a good deal for the money usually and have the same configuration as a regular balcony room with a couch. -

The cabins with the peekaboo peek of the ocean between lifeboats are 4114 and 4115, 4122 and 4123, 4132 and 4133, 4140 and 4141, 4148 and 4149, and futher back 4194 and 4195. My only concern for these would be 4114 and 4122 which are close the piano bar below. -

Victoria is great to get off for a nice walk to the government building area. You don't have peddlers bugging you every two feet to buy something and you don't feel like your life might be in danger 😉 either. It is about a mile to the government building area.

I see no reason why you couldn't bring an AED onboard. My daughter has cystic fibrosis and we brought on her chest vest which sounds similar size to an AED device. The main thing here is are you comfortable with her condition at sea? If something major were to happen the ship has very limited ability to assist and help could be hours away.

I am okay with it. It is fun money given to me and if they paid me 25 and exchanged the 25 in fun money for real chips then that is like winning a 50 dollar bet while only gambling 25 since my initial cost was zero. I understand why they don't exchange it. That would prompt me to walk away with the 50 with no further risk.

I have played craps a few times and that is what has always happened. I just pull my winning real chips and let the fun money ride.Well that is, if I actually win. Sometimes I just crap out 😆 Last time on Miracle they handed me 25 in cash no gambling necessary so I doubled my money by folding my wallet 😉 .

That actually wouldn't be a bad thing to me. Then you would have 50 "real" dollar chips to cash out without further risk if you went big and bet 25 at once.

For me they didn't swap the chip out on craps but winnings were paid with regular chips. So I won 5 times when I had the 15 dollars in fun chips riding the pass line.

Yes. On craps I bet 10 dollars until I lose then 15 since the minimum bet is now 10 on craps. It can take a while because the pace can be kind of slow on a busy table.

The chips are different than normal ones. I think they are actually marked " fun play" and you use them until you lose the bet. I parlayed 25 dollars into 85 last fall when a guy got hot on craps and passed 5 times in a row.

I like using mine on craps and it has worked out good a few times. A hot shooter can make you some money. The slots just eat up that 25 dollars in no time. On the Miracle in January they were still giving out the money in cash.

The name Celebration Key is kind of misleading. It makes it sound like it is a small island Like Half Moon Cay but is just a private port area. Since many don't like Freeport, this should be a good thing to quite a few people.

Same island as Freeport, Celebration Key is about 20 miles east of Freeport Grand Bahama Island.
