I actually googled Catskills, to make sure I spelled it right. That is where I saw upstate NY. Our high school was in South Jersey............So I doubt really at that time we really would go that far to Upstate NY anyway. I see now it's actually between NYC and Albany, so you are correct that really wouldn't be upstate. Now the high school I went to now has Senior Class trips in Disney in Florida.........I was born to early I guess to go that far for a trip.

Not being negative, just reading between the lines. Charging for an extra Lobster Tail in the MDR, so don't you think when getting extra Lobster in Coco Cay, they will soon be charging extra there too? Wasn't I who decided to charge extra for another Lobster Tails.

Seems to be getting more and more restricted as it goes on. Not for us, we would never get an UDP . The food just isn't that much better then the free food around the ship to be worth what they are charging now. I would assume, the prices for the packages are just going to go up and up even higher anyway.

Remember the Blizzard of 1977 quite well, we were on our Senior(High School) Class Trip in the Catskills Mountains in upstate NY. The storm prolonged our trip and got us a few extra free 😁 days longer trip because it was unsafe to leave the resort.

IT specialist at Royal are seriously challenged. Usually the issues extends about 12 months, other then at those time things run smoothly.

Our drive with the cats was closer to 9 hours. Out cats just sat quietly,no problem at all.

We would never get the UDP, to much like having a regiment schedule for us. Rather not have to be somewhere at a certain time. Rather do things on the fly while on vacation.

No the other 11 nights we would split up between MDR and Windjammer depending on menu in MDR.

UDP is not offered on longer cruise like this.

How long is the drive from your old house to the new house?

3 day sailing for our cruise was $95 and 5 day for $162. Was thinking maybe going for the 3 day but not sure might that price get lower? We have our Diamond Plus Buy-One Get One Free, we plan on using the first 2 nights................But it seems thes packages they are selling make you reservations for the first 2 nights. So just how is that handled? I rather use the two B1G1F the first 2 nights and use the 3 day packages later on the other 14 days of the 16 day cruise. Does anyone know how they handle that?

Im thinking Classic Soda And VOOM One Device for $18.99 for one person is enough, don't think my Wife and I have to be on the internet at the same time anyway. 16 night cruise is $303......I think that is enough to spend on the internet. If we were to get just internet for each of us , it would be $479.68 total...that is way to much just so we can both be on at the same time isn't it? $14.99 per person each day.
