The three decks will each have their own personalities, offer different dining experiences and range in levels of formality. I would not complain about that since we always book the Plus Package. I think they would be giving away a lot more value, so I don't see it happening.

We had the same experience on all 4 of our Majestic sailings. We are not a fan of this venue, would much prefer that they eventually convert the space into a "Sanctuary."

That is what I was talking about. The soft serve machine was broken and they were serving a gelato and a sherbet everyday (next to the pool, on the "top deck").

I have watched a few of her YouTube videos, she is not my favorite...

We do the same thing as far as gifts, we put it all into our voyages! Enjoy your cruise, we'll be following along...

For us it was a different flavor everyday and they also had a sherbet everyday.

We board the Sapphire on March 5th in Buenos Aires, also an Enhanced Protocol voyage. Unless we hear different before leaving home, we are self testing in our hotel.

We noticed same thing with a July, 16 day Hawaii cruise on the Emerald with our daughter and her family. Our fare is $200 pp less than theirs, DD and SIL are both Platinum (we are Elite). Our TA said it was because of the difference in loyalty level.

Now if they would only replace the Salty Dog Pub on the Discovery and Enchanted with Vines!!!

I was the one that posted the original press release from Carnival Corp regarding the contract with Starlink last week. There is no mention as to which Princess ships will be the first to implement Starlink or when this will occur.

On our recent New Year's cruise on the Discovery, the soft serve ice cream machine was broken and they were serving gelato out of the 5 gallon containers. Our 8 yr old granddaughter was very happy!

We have not sailed recently on the Grand, but we have sailed recently on other Princess ships that have had the light sensor lights. There is one located in front of the bathroom door and at the base of the two bed side tables. Sometimes there has been one at the base of the refrigerator cabinet. They are usually very easy to bypass by placing some tape over the sensor bubble. We use black electrical tape (that we always have in our luggage), others have used duct tape, band-aids, and blue painters tape.

I guess it depends on how much you like to use your balcony? For us, the balcony size is not important at all, we go more with the location on the ship.

Do you recall where you read that? I have not been able to find any info on when Princess will start using Starlink???

We will give the Sun Princess a year of cruising and listen to passenger feedback before we consider booking a cruise.

We also never leave any OBC unused. For us vinophiles, it can be used to buy some very good bottles of vino! 🍷

Chile is also requiring testing. This affects our 32 day Buenos Aires to LA voyage, departing March 5th, on the Sapphire.

We have one! It is actually two in the same company.

Three days has also been our experience and accepted at boarding.

We boarded the Regal this past October in Civitavecchia. We boarded at noon and walked right on, no waiting. We also departed at 7:00 pm. I'm not sure what time they started boarding???
