    Muriel that room is essentially complete but there is still some things in progress. This is why they call it a shake down cruise. 🙂 On a related note when Serenity first came out for those who remember some on this board said they didn't like the color scheme. My view was simple. I am not buying the place and I am sure there are people who don't like how we dress or the color scheme of our own home. 🙂 Me I am happy to cruise. Keith

    You get five sub-credits; one per cruise but if you bring others along you could apply one sub credit to reach room booked on the same cruise. Keith

    I was actually surprised to see it on hard copy. On the former Crystal Endeavor it was all on the iPad. Took a day to get used to that and found it to work very well. I am with Patty.It is another reminder of many things are wha they were. T I never thought it looked cheap. In fact printed on pretty expensive paper IMHO. Not sure if you've ever seen the copier but it is quite impressive. So it goes. Keith

    I wanted to add a few comments about the new lounge. It will also be used for people to go to before tours and debarkation. This will be easier for people than gong to Stardust as it puts them closer to the buses and the tender landing and when they debark the ship when the cruise ends. Keith

    Breakfast. As I see photos I think back to all those memorable discussions that new owners meant major changes to the product. These photos say that was incorrect. A reminder taking many things from classic Crystal add adding new things. This works for me. Keith

    As we get ready to begin our new adventure I am struck by the photos that some on board have been kind enough to share. All are familiar with the saying saying that pictures or even one picture tells a thousand words rings very true. Even without commentary from those who have taken the photos the pictures do say a lot IMHO. A friend who will also be on the first couple of cruises was kind enough to send me this photo from a recent walk. This one says a lot too. Keith

    This should be better. And for those who love to find mistakes some dining times say AM end not PM and they are later in time as this was hosted for those on board and I am sure each night others will be invited. So one dining time for them. Keith

    They had a special menu last night so don't worry this is all they have but here were some of the items. When we talk about returning crew this is another example. Chef Alfred has been a member of Crystal for many years and was the lead chef of Prego. Paolo everyone should know. Time to eat. Keith Keith

    I've been reading/hearing about the European one for quite sometime. I believe they wanted to first implement this in 2022 and it kept slipping. The process looks like getting one for Australia so it appears not to be a big deal. Keith

    Roy, I would always give it to them but not sure if they needed it both for Australia and then when they started this for New Zealand. Turkey implemented something similar if you were leaving there the year we ended there which was 2014 and I did it from the ship and gave it to them. That was a new one for Turkey. Keith

    I was told one formal and that would be August 28. For the time of arrival let me suggest you have your TA reach out to on board guest services to see if they can get that information for you. Keith

    I agree and also appreciate your earlier post. They’ve been doing this for along time for countries such as Australia. They know you have it when you check in for the flight. No ETA no boarding. Keith
