I am actually hoping it takes longer to resolve so when I use the next voucher I get the maximum dollars available. Once they pay out then the amount paid out is subtracted from the voucher amount. Ivi, I remember on the voucher you had an issue with the amount they showed versus what you showed. I heard from a few other people who had that issue here and on another board but most people didn't so I am thinking that the number of discrepancies might not be that large. I could be wrong but that's what logic tells me based on the voucher discrepancies. In fairness, as I have looked at all of those filings it seems a lot of the research involved determining if money was refunded from the credit card companies since each submission was made, plus making sure that each one matched what the records showed. I would imagine this is a large task on its own. The good news is you caught the discrepancies and have gone back to them. I hope it all works out. Keith

One of our tender stops on Serenity in October 2018 sailing the Mediterranean. We returned to the Mediterranean in 2019 and look forward to visiting this region next week. Keith

I have been asked how could there be 7 ports we have not been to. We found this to be the case in 2018 when we sailed three port intensive cruises (no sea days) of seven days each right before Serenity went into dry-dock. I do keep a listing of ports we have visited which I started several years ago. I may have missed five to ten of them when I put together the list but my blogs helped a great deal to put the list together. The ports that I believe will be new are: Cannes, Calvi (Corsica), Ibza, Cartagena, Portomao, Ferrol, Maybe we've gotten to one of these before but if we did I don't remember so one way or the way it will be new literally or figuratively. Keith

Roy....I hope you will be able to cruise Serenity and will be pulling for you. Your post is precisely what I've been talking about for quite awhile which most understand but some do not. You are in my thoughts and prayers Roy. Keith

You are very welcome and congratulations on booking your first Crystal Cruise.Something I believe you will appreciate is the space to guest ratio as Serenity was built to accommodate many more guests but guest capacity has been reduced in a few dry docks including this most recent one with the addition of more suites and the elimination of some of the staterooms. When we get to travel the world or even within the USA we see that many people have real challenges. I try to remember that in our day-to-day lives and the way we approach things including cruise travel. Keith
