Over 30+ cruises and not even a scratch. Sure, got a little hurt while being blind stinking drunk, but not bad enough that would require medical attention...knock on wood...

Five empty shells is not a bad looking meal? i was just on the Panorama last month. They pull the lobster over the shells so you just cut the meat from the back as you can see in that picture.

We're trying RCL next year on the Ovation and the Navigator. Hoping the food on RCL is better.

I agree. On my last cruise, which was last month, Guys burgers, the cantina, Pig & Anchor were far superior in my opinion than anything in the MDR.

We've cruised other lines before, but this will be the first time we don't have at least one carnival cruise for the year.

For the first time in over 20+ years, we don't have a single Carnival cruise planned for the following year. My boss, the wife, wanted to try a different line for 2024. So, we have 2 cruises next year on RCL, the Ovation and the Navigator. It feels surreal that I'm not going on Carnival next year...

I don't really think it matters. if you've been cruising with carnival for any amount of time, they know what cat you're getting. For awhile, I was only interested in balconies.. now, they know I will spulrge on a suite. So, they get me offers for suites. As you progress through life, you hit certain points where your income has grown. So, your vacation dollars will grow. Carnival wants your vacation dollars and will try and target them.

Agreed. Some people claim to be marketing experts, but what better marketing tool then alcohol to keep people gaming?

We've had several servers broke the rules on numerous cruises. If it was such a risk, I doubt they would be doing it.

I should not of used the word comp. The server was bringing us a drink at a time on her S&S card.

Just tip the server and that person will usually comp your companion. My wife had DOU for her and our server also got me my drinks.
