  1. Thanks for the info tidecat. My brother in law is skittish about our August Panorama cruise. I basically told him Mexico is far safer then our hometown of Los Angeles...
  2. Agreed, they've gotten much faster. I sent my request in on the 19th and received a response the next day: To be honest, I thought it was going to be denied since we're booked on a casino offer with drinks, OBC, and a reduced rate on the balcony.
  3. @elaine, it's not confusing. I just find it funny that you think you know what the criteria is for casino offers, when in reality, you're just guessing like the rest of us.
  4. lol, see posts above...obviously...not rocket science...so, basically, you don't know and guessing that's how casino offers are made...lol...
  5. So, do you actually know or are you just guessing? A lot of folks have said they have no idea how casino offers work, but you seem to throw out things that you think are facts...
  6. Sounds like you're making guesses again. My wife has no digital prints. Virtually everything is in my name.
  7. Interesting theories, but my wife, who gets great casino offers, doesn't work, has no credit history, no financing history. The vast majority of her purchases, including her stupid purses, are via cash transfer. How does carnival track that? I spend at least 3-5 hours a night in the casino during a cruise and she just comes in for the free drinks and doesn't spend a dime. But yet, she's the one that gets the great offers including free balcony rooms, drinks and OBC. While I get diddly squat...
  8. I still don't understand how the casino offers work. My wife doesn't even play during our cruise and she gets amazing offers including free balcony rooms, drinks, and OBC. I play for hours and don't get diddly squat. When we book our cruises, we have to book under her offers. Weird...
  9. Casino rates have been good to me for the last couple of decades. Look into those if you're not a player.
  10. Same. Two cancelled cruises @ $600 a piece
  11. Was always taught that foul language are for weak minded people since they don't have the capacity to express themselves properly. I usually smile when I hear someone curse since I figure that person is too stupid and need to resort to foul language...
  12. I have no problems hitting 15 drinks during sea days. Heck, on our last cruise, people were drinking while at the bars or restaurants during port days. Those drink don't count towards your 15...
  13. Royal has a nicer balance sheet then Carnival
  14. lol...luv the sarcasm...ur a funny person Trey 😂
  15. On our last cruise, we were told at check in that our suite was ready. My brother in law, who had the suite next to us, his suite was not ready. The check in people did say that he could drop off his luggage and called ahead to the room steward.
  16. This sounds oddly familiar...lol... At the end of our cruises when we get our statement, my wife always asks, "I thought you said you weren't going to drink that much???" Usually, our bar bill is more than the cruise ticket 😂
  17. So much speculation over a piddly little $10 dollar stock...🤣
  18. In California, ships are at or over capacity. Makes the experience seem like a Disney vacation with the hordes of crowds.
  19. Agreed. We spent more this year on a balcony then what we usually spend on a suite...🤕
  20. Correct, the second bathroom has a sink and tub. My daughter takes forever to get ready, so the extra sink came in really handy.
  21. Why even go to the Steakhouse if you're a vegetarian?
