  1. So it looks as tho the CC happy hour from 5-7 will now be available for everyone and not just an Elite and above perk.
  2. Not sure if the sheets are changed every day, but I doubt it. We would hang our towels up after showering so they wouldn’t have to be washed every day and even with go green we always had fresh towels when we returned at night
  3. You should get an email from Celebrity shortly before your cruise asking if you want to opt into Go Green. We have done it a couple of times already And honestly noticed no difference in our cabin cleanliness. Everything still looked great!
  4. All you can do is try once you get on board. Same happened to us once. We never cleared and the best we could do was the early seating.
  5. We sailed last month on Reflection. We had quite a few people signed up for meet and mingle. I think it was at least 50. We hadn’t had it and then close to the end of the cruise we were advised that we would have it, but it was around 7:30-8. We were at dinner at that time and hardly anyone showed up. It was a really dumb time to have it.
  6. Do you have your positive PCR results from when you had Covid? You must have that along with the letter to be able to board without testing.
  7. Who even knows anymore 😂. The price change went into effect last month. A couple of weeks ago I tried changing a reservation from AI to Elevate. I was told that I couldn’t do that so I just upgraded the drink package and was charged $10/day🤷🏻‍♀️
  8. We sailed from there last month. Walk off started at 6:30 am
  9. Because I am following along on some posts of people that are on the ship and they are saying that nothing has been done to the cabins and it’s looking very tired. Some public areas look ok, but not everywhere.
  10. Unfortunately, they aren’t even comparable. Infinity is an old ship that hasn’t been revolutionized. We last sailed on Infinity Oct 2019 and the cabins were in desperate need of new carpet, curtains, etc. It was very tired looking and nothing has been done.
  11. In January 2019 we booked 2 veranda cabins to Alaska for July 2020. When the shutdown happened I repriced both cabins. Concierge was cheaper and I saved about $2500 on each cabin with premium drinks, premium WiFi, tips and $600 OBC. Did lift and shift on them twice and we finally sail next month 🤞🏻…….I will never see those prices again, especially with all perks and OBC
  12. Do you have the copy of positive PCR test? As long as you have that and your letter you won’t have to test to board
  13. I must be on the minority because I never have any issues with the website. Was just on a little bit ago and no problems
  14. I need to check out Costco. Cherry Tart Pinot Noir? It’s $40 ish at Total Wine……I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t offer an $8 bottle of wine on the Premium package
  15. Where did you find those deals? 😂. I am finding our upcoming first Alaska cruise VERY expensive. Cabin is almost twice as much as the same Caribbean cruise. Excursions are crazy expensive and don’t get me started on the flights. If this wasn’t for my son’s college graduation and 21st birthday (Which was actually 2 years ago, but moved twice due to Covid ) we wouldn’t be going. I didn’t do my research and let him pick and not backing out now. This will be a one and done for us. We have a 12 day Med cruise booked in a suite and that cruise will be much cheaper than this one! Hopefully it lives up to the hype!
  16. I read today that it should be a quick clean up
  17. We are sailing next month and I never saw anything about a Celebrity train that goes from Anchorage to Seward. Today is the first time I have heard of it. There is nothing in the shore excursions about it 🤷🏻‍♀️……glad we got on the early train
  18. Oh no! Could we potentially tender? Would be a bummer to have to miss the port, but at least nobody was injured…..hopefully
  19. I have no tour. We are taking the train from Anchorage the morning we sail and then plan on boarding the ship
  20. Ahh! Had no idea there was a Celebrity charter train. How does one find out this information? 😂……that brings up a question now. Someone posted that once we are on the train, as long as we have our tags on it, that Celebrity will take our luggage right to the ship. I am now wondering if this is only for the Celebrity charter train and not the other. 🤔
  21. I asked this same question and am getting mixed answers. Some say yes and some no. I have also been told to drop the luggage and tour Seward before checking in, but then what do we do with our carry on luggage? Hopefully we will get an answer from someone who is sailing now or recently sailed
  22. We sail next month. We are taking the train from Anchorage which leaves at 6:45 am. We have a noon boarding time (it’s a 4+hour train ride). Noon was the earliest time offered
  23. There must be 2 trains. We booked ours for next month and only had one option, 6:45 am
  24. Check in doesn’t always happen at midnight eastern. It did for our December sailing, but we sailed last month and it didn’t open until 7:00 pm. We sail next month and it opened sometime during the middle of the night. I was on at midnight and 12:30 and nothing, but I woke up at 4 am and it was there. Just have to keep checking
