  1. Yes. You can do it on line with your own test.
  2. I don’t understand the need for insurance cards. We are using our own tests and paid the $14.99. Are there more charges that we don’t know about? When I filled out the patient information I didn’t give them insurance info
  3. We booked On Point for our cruise in a couple of weeks. Using the free tests we got from the government (Orange and white box) I have only heard of this place recently, within the past few days. Please let us know how you make out. We have never had a QR code on our results so it should be ok. How long did it take them to email you the results?
  4. Likely not. We did a TA from Rome mid October with various stops in Spain and we sat by the regular pool the whole 14 days. The weather was beautiful. Not many people in the Solarium either, but who knows how yours will be.
  5. I thought that only selfie’s were allowed, but thanks to Jim I found that if you do check in on the website you can choose a picture. If you do it on the app you have to do a selfie.
  6. I am also anxious to see what happens on Reflection. We are booked in our first SS next May. Not sure it’s worth the high cost if nothing has been done. I can sail in a suite on a different ship for $5k less, but the itinerary is what we want. Hopefully any upgrades will make it worth it!
  7. This was my original reason for wanting to see if I can use these tests. We sail July 29 and wanted to get 3 used before expiration……..guess we now have longer to use them!
  8. I have an email into them and hopefully they will answer quickly. I was on chat, but it was a long queue so they recommended sending an email. From what I understand you have to pay before booking an appointment so I also question how long before do you need to book and do they guarantee you will get the day/time you want.
  9. We were on the Reflection in the Med in May. My husband had the upgraded internet. He could hardly get his emails much less access any meetings via Teams or Zoom. He was very frustrated
  10. I have never heard of it, but seems doable. Assume we can use the free tests we received from the government (orange and white box)? We need to test for our upcoming cruise and this would be so much easier than purchasing a bunch of eMed tests. Since I have never heard of it I’m a bit nervous to try it
  11. I had a lengthy conversation with someone from eMed before we did this test for the first time. They told me that each person had to have their own account so my husband set up his own.
  12. eMed emailed us our results, so no need for Navica. We never even saw anything asking if we wanted to share the results with them 🤷🏻‍♀️
  13. All you need is an eMed account….each person needs their own. You do not need the Navica app. Not even sure why it exists, as it made things so much more confusing for us, especially when it didn’t even work. Create an eMed account, start test, and you are good to go. It’s so easy. We have done it multiple times now.
  14. That’s nice! I asked if we could change ours for wine and was told no
  15. They aren’t always more expensive. We have 4 cruises in a row in Concierge cabins and all were cheaper than a veranda
  16. Chandon is on the premium package. $11/glass
  17. We sailed last month and I wanted the Cattier since they no longer have Montaudon. They told me that Chandon is on the premium package, which it is, but I wanted champagne and not sparkling wine, especially if paying for the premium package. They did find Cattier sometime during the cruise, but also had something called Blue Top, which was pretty good. Who knows what is there now. Some people were very upset. One night the sommelier stood next to me and thanked me for not being mad at him while others were going off on his boss after they yelled at him. We sail in a couple of weeks and I have no idea what to expect
  18. Just an FYI…..if he isn’t potty trained he won’t be able to use the pool if that’s something you wanted to do with him. Swim diapers are not allowed either. Wanted to let you know if you already didn’t and if you did then you can disregard this 😂
  19. I think it is $25…..I have another question that I wonder if anyone can answer. There is no corkage fee for those with a drink package, but what if one is sailing with no package? My daughter wants to bring some champagne on board and share it with me. She has a drink package and I don’t. Are they going to let me have some? Will they charge me a corkage fee if it’s her bottle? 🤔
  20. Yes we received our first comped offer via email. We received another while on board, but haven’t seen a whole lot since then (was December) We sailed in May and have an upcoming cruise so will see if we see anything on board or after.
  21. The classic includes soda. You will have to pay to upgrade yours to premium
  22. I hope so! I didn’t purchase it yet since we still have time. 🤞🏻
  23. I was upgrading my daughter’s package last week and when I talked about buying my husband and I a package I was told it’s a 10% discount for Elite and 15% for Elite+
  24. Right. I should’ve said Classic and above
