  1. Going from the US on or after September 5, no testing is required if vaccinated and sailing is 9 days or less. If 10 days or longer a test must be done no more than 3 days prior to boarding and not required to be proctored. This is on the Celebrity website
  2. I think it varies by ship. We sailed on Reflection in December and May and got them. Just recently sailed Millennium and didn’t get one.
  3. We shall see if this is true. I just read yesterday that it’s supposed to be completed by the end of the 1sr qtr in 2023. We sail at the end of March so my husband is hoping it’s finished then.
  4. Odd. I never asked for our accounts to be linked, but also his points in his own account stopped accumulating. Probably not real important, but would just like his to show what he should have.
  5. Ok. I just wish his account would show his actual total. It doesn’t even show mine. He was fine until our cruise in May. He didn’t get those points nor the points for our last cruise. If he is the same as me then his account should at least reflect that. Oh well! 🤷🏻‍♀️
  6. They do show him as having the same as me because I have more, but when I go into his account his points haven’t been changed for a few months. He is missing 2 cruises worth of points. I just wonder what would happen if he sailed without me 🤷🏻‍♀️. It would be nice if his account could actually reflect his points
  7. No you won’t. We were on deck 9 and there was some noise from above, but it wasn’t horrible since we were on the corner. Deck 7 will be perfect! Have a great time!
  8. Having been in both a FV (just 2 of us) and Concierge, I would take the FV without hesitation. Yes, you only get 3 points/night, but if you love balconies, you will LOVE a FV. Definitely worth it to us!
  9. I’m pretty sure it’s $1 plus the 20% gratuity. Could even be $2, but not more than that
  10. We haven’t been on Silhouette recently, but it was recently on Reflection and Millennium
  11. Well…those times are 6:00 (too early) and 8:30 (too late). We like to eat around 7:00 ish so we make a reservation since that is a very popular time. Since it’s a popular time having a reservation gets you seated quicker. 🤷🏻‍♀️
  12. We have sailed with Nandhaa and have become friends. Unfortunately we haven’t been able to sail with him recently. Twice we were supposed to and he had changes at the last minute. I agree that he does a wonder job! You are fortunate to have him as your sommelier
  13. Just watched it. WOW! How someone can do that is absolutely awful! I can’t believe they let him stay in the restaurant. If I was close to him I probably would’ve said something and then ask to move if he was allowed to stay. Mistakes happen. It’s no excuse to scream like an idiot at such a hard working crew member. I’m still at a loss for words after watching it.😡
  14. It was booked AI. My guess is that maybe she would lose something by booking it for us that way? Who knows. She dropped the ball with our travel insurance on our recent cruise and I was upset with her so maybe it’s her way of getting back at us. 🤷🏻‍♀️
  15. We have the exact same issue. He hasn’t been given his points for our last 2 sailings nor any PUPs. Instead of waiting on hold I asked Captains Club on our recent sailing. They assured me that he has the same number of points as me……but he shouldn’t because he hasn’t done all the PUPs that I have. I asked them what if he doesn’t sail with me? Our points wouldn’t be linked and then he wouldn’t have them all. They kept insisting he would have them regardless. I argued with 3 people in person and got nowhere. Sooooo frustrating! I know exactly how you feel!
  16. I need a TA that gives OBC. I was told I would get some and then nothing. I booked something last week and was told I couldn’t use the ALLABOARD100. Seems odd to me since others have used it without issue
  17. Same with smoothies, San Pellegrino and Vitamin Water. They don’t cost $9, but are only on premium.
  18. If your friends don’t live with you or you aren’t in contact with them then they can board. We asked the same question. My son was sharing a cabin with my niece. He lives in one state and she in another. If one of them would’ve tested positive the other would still be able to sail since they hadn’t seen each other.
  19. I would venture to think that no will be the answer. I booked a cruise while on board for us and my daughter and son in law. At the time elevate was still offered. I called to see if we could upgrade to it and was told no. The cruise isn’t until March so not close to final payment. We just upgraded the drink package since that was all they would let us do.
  20. That wouldn’t be good. We will be in our first Aqua cabin soon and I got my husband to agree to it because we were told that we can order from the MDR menu. He wants his jerk chicken the first night and escargot every day. He won’t be happy 😡
  21. From what I have been told from staff on Reflection…..it won’t be revolutionized any time soon. It might go into dry dock, but just for some maintenance and possibly a blue hull paint job. We had a suite booked for next May, but changed the cabin since it won’t be revolutionized yet.
  22. While we haven’t been on Eclipse, we were on Reflection in May and Millennium a couple of weeks ago and both had the biodegradable straws. They looked like plastic, but aren’t
  23. No they don’t, but on our recent Millennium cruise I saw these , but never saw anyone drink them
  24. While we haven’t been in one on a ship that has been revolutionized, we have been in a FV. It sleeps 5 so there has to be more than a chair in the second room. Ours had a king in one room and 2 singles in the other. They may have opened to fit 3 people. I’m not sure tho because it was only my husband and I in the cabin
  25. They are no longer doing contact tracing. Found out from a very reliable source on our May Med cruise. I was also concerned about it. Just returned from Alaska and it wasn’t done there either
