Last November we booked Cruise on the Getaway which showed a stop at Puerto Plata in the DR. NCL sent out a few emails stating the port would be cancelled. Had it not been for this site many people would not have known about the change in Itinerary .When for I called NCL they said no change in itinerary until I told her about the info on the site. THEN… she changed her story. N L had the port on the advertisement until one week efore sailing. SO terms and conditions in this case and many others strategically works against us.

They do not give out “ booklet” any longer. they just leave the dinner vouchers in your room.Everything is connected to your room key anyway

we experienced the same thing when we booked our January Getaway cruise..It might just be too early for them to show all available excursions.We didn’ t see them all list until it got a bit closer.If you book before day 9ne of the cruise , you can not used the $50 credit.

Why is lobster served in specialty restaurant have a surcharge, when the price is LESS than other items on the menu which are included in the price.? It does not make sense unless it is a supply issue.

The drink package is a good package. It also includes espresso and other coffees if you like after dinner.

We received 12 cartons plus the two small er cartons in January on the Gateway.

I told the gentleman at the cruise next desk to keep it as I knew I would not wear it.

You cannot use OBC until you are on the ship. Same goes for trying to use the OBC to pre purchase excursions.

I have not experienced a theme night on the last 3 MS ships,out of Miami .I would think on a short cruise you will not either. On the diving a few years back they did a red night for the Capt. “ Italian night” in the MDR.

We just off the Getaway. The DR was cancelled in December , but did not appear as cancelled on the itinerary until the day before. That being said, don’t get your hopes up.

So annoying. They had time to send this out 3x this week but they couldn’t send us the itinerary change.?!

I called MCL and the representative said there was no Change,When I told her some people here had received notification she then changed her story. and they wonder why they lose customers to MSC

i called to ask what was going on first -she told me they were not aware of a change. when i told her some people had posted the itinerary change she changed her story told me they had sent notification out to ALL passengers on December 20th. I guess they like to change things … itineraries, stories, policies 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Look up the Platnium benefits to see all you are entitled to.There are 2 laundry benefits. ( 1 for each Platnium member). makes it so much easier to pack.

I really loved the food on our first Divina cruise. Great cheese offerings such as mozzarella in water. The past few on the Seaside and seashore seem to be more Americanized. But still very good.

I have not even an office al for al night on the past two MSC Ruiz es out of Miami.

On our last cruise in May, the captain tried 3 times and finally made it in. The staff was not prepared for the ship to dock and it made for frustration on everyone part. From food to transportation once it began to rain

We love Texas De Brazil. The experience on the ship is a bit disappointing I’n comparison .The salad bar doesn’t even come close. However, we did make a reservation on our upcoming Getaway cruise on Jan.8.

Unfortunately, we had to embark on the second of our cruise due to a family death. We were in touch with Princess from the start and they were aware that we would miss the initial embarkment In France .We boarded the next day in Southampton .we were I contact with them the entire time and they actually held the ship 1 hr due to our US flight debacle.Stay in communication!!!

We have been black/diamond on 5 cruises . You need to present your keycard when you go to your reservation .Unfortunately, the keycard had your photo. I was able to give it to a friend once but that was on the Seaside. The lady at the desk gave me a wink but her coworker was not happy.

We were on in May and the tissues were bedside.I had to request a 2nd box which was delivered without a problem

There were 2565 on our cruise the week of 5/14.
