Is Princess.com having a problem?

Last night I went into the booking area of Princess.com(wanted to see what air would cost for a cruise we had been thinking about taking).....prior to the air section I was given a booking number with no way to cancel online other than not send in the deposit within the allowed time........is that the norm now......you can't check on the Princess website for an air price without booking.....or could it have been a problem yesterday???

I think that's the norm now with EZ-Air. You can go to Expedia, CheapTickets, etc., to check air fares before booking.

 

Thank you I will check these sites in the future to get an idea of what air might be.

What I am saying is, is the booking engine is down on the website.

You can still access Princess but no bookings.

 

This was around midnight last night and I did get a confirmation email that it was booked and waiting for deposit...yes, thinking about cruising at midnight, we're hooked:).

For 2+ months now, I can not access my "saved cruises". When I clicked on my "saved cruises", I got the "error" page saying page not found... (I think it is the page Princess uses for almost all errors - the page with a picture of a couple on the left side of page). I can save cruises, but I can not view what I saved. I saved about 6 cruises that I would like to check the "update price" on a regular basis to monitor price drops. On the same computer, when I sign on to my sister's account , I don't have any problem with her "saved cruise" page. I called Princess 2+ months ago when I first encountered the problem, they said they are having problems, and asked me to try in a few days. I tried everyday; still the same problem. A month ago, I called them again. Same response from Princess. I continued to try on a daily basis, still the same problem. Last week, I called Princess again, this time they had me talked to the Captain Circle customer service, still the same answer, they are having problem, try again in a few days. I called again last Friday, and was told there is nothing they can do; they told me just keep trying.

 

Anybody has any suggestions? If so, please advise!! Thanks.

texcruise, once you've searched a cruise, there is a tab along with excursions/ weather/ etc. they added one for flights. that way you can check without going through the whole process and getting a booking number.

I've also found site to be slow.

 

And my 2011 cruise shows a lower price when I'm not signed in as a past passenger.

 

In the past prices for me were in Can. but when I go to price cruise out it comes up in U.S. dollars.

 

They need to get someone to fix website.
