Vancouver - Whittier - Vancouver: Back to back Any violation?

I have r/confirmed with Princess that is OK and doesn't violate the "Jone's Act".

That's why they use Vancouver in Canada for the one ways. They couldn't do a one way between Seattle and Alaska - all within the US. Also, that's why the Seattle round trips have to do a brief stop in Canada (usually Victoria).

One cruise begins in Vancouver and ends in Alaska and the next begins in Alaska and end in Vancouver, so no violation. If for some reason southbound you got off your ship in, say Juneau and flew home....that would be a violation of the PVSA.
