How to get in touch with a Concierge before your cruise?

How does one get in touch with the Concierge the week before the cruise? Nothing earth shattering just thought I would ask before boarding regarding something.

I know on HAL we can not contact the Concierges before our cruise.

 

Consider calling Celebirty and asking them your question.

Our Royal Concierge emailed us about a week prior with a form letter of introduction/ basic amenities and an invitation to email him with any concerns or questions.

If you were going to be on NCL, I have email addresses for some of their concierges.

On two occassions prior to our boarding, two different ships, the concierge had reason to contact us and seeing they wrote us, we now have their e-mail address.

Think I will yell at RCCL a couple of weeks before we leave...that way they will at least know who the concierge will be you would think. Thanks for the advice.

Wow! I am really surprised to learn that they have been eliminated. It must have been a recent decision as we always had a concierge on our Celebrity cruises in the past.

 

We especially appreciated the concierge on the Summit because he was very helpful when we had a special situation that required his services.

Good news! I was just talking with a Celebrity rep, so decided to ask him about this. He replied that Celebrity ships still have the concierges and as far as he knows, there are no plans to eliminate them.
