I enjoyed reading your review, and it was nice to meet you and your DH onboard. I agree with your comments about Alfredo's. Great pizza but to me it's odd that there are no other items available whatsoever, such as a salad or dessert. Once when we were there, another table carried over dishes from the International Café.

Enjoyed your review. It's great to see how cruisers who prefer other lines view their Princess experience. I was on Royal a week before Christmas and had problems with their My Time Dining.

As an FYI, the Sapphire is one of very few Princess ships with two different types of engines and fuels. You can tell which ones they are by the "jet engine" decorations at the top of the ship. They serve no practical purpose. They are on the Sapphire, Diamond, Coral and Island. :)
