The Upgrade Fairy was very appreciated

We just returned from the 1/4 New Zealand/ Australia cruise on the Solstice. We were booked into a Royal Suite. I was overwhelmed when we learned from the Captain's Club Hostess, Melissa Snow, that we had been upgraded to the Penthouse Suite for our 12 day cruise. It was awesome and I would like to thank that Upgrade Fairy for the cruise of a lifetime.

Well done, I hope you enjoyed your time in our Region. As for upgrades, never happened to us, me thinks the Upgrade Fairy does not like us Aussies, whatever the cruiseline.
