aliaschief Posted March 17, 2013 Author #55 Share Posted March 17, 2013 It's kinda hard to explain Chief; the area to the rear of that parking structure is where the north-side vehicle check point to enter Port Everglades is. Those flashing lights could possible be connected with that. It it was something noteworthy, i.e. an emergency situation or accident which occurred tragically last week, the media would be all over it I did some Google Searches to see if I could find anything this morning. Nada. I did see that they do have some emergency disaster exercises in the port now and than.

Rare Vict0riann Posted March 17, 2013 #62 Share Posted March 17, 2013 I'm here, just in time it seems - and I'm balancing my lunch with the computer, cottage cheese salad. (You can tell we're getting ready to cruise!) Hope I don't spill. Happy St. Paddy's Day, all. Everything is green here, we've had enormous amounts of rain. That's why they call us the We t Coast! Rare Vict0riann Posted March 17, 2013 #66 Share Posted March 17, 2013 So far, so good. I'll have tea and do a bit of snorkelling later! That's great panning over the port - I have a really good idea of where everything is, and can see where our gals are on the map.
