The MS Maasdam is returning from her blues charter and currently backing into the dock at Port Everglades. Sailaway is set today (subject to change of course) for 4PM. Since the Maasdam has Port Everglades to herself, a reasonably prompt departure is possible. Here's today's complete sailaway lineup, all times are Eastern except as noted.

Halifax | Silver Whisper | 18:00 Atlantic time

PM | CARNIVAL IMAGINATION | 16:00

While sailaway is now scheduled for 16:00 the latest port schedule can be found here: https://pevweb01.broward.org/Public/PublicMovements.aspx

The Maasdam is at pier 26, the same pier used this week by the Veendam. The best daytime views of the ship should be on Lou and Dave's camera 2.

I will sadly be missing the sailaway today, as I will be at the Baltimore Symphony this evening. It's a makeup for one of the concerts I'll be missing while cruising.

Tomorrow will be the Eurodam at Port Canaveral. Maybe aliaschief can give us a wave.

Thanks Rafinmd for the reminder on the Maasdam. If she were to leave early like the Veendam did, I might be able to watch her, but if she leaves at 5 pm, I won't, darn.:(

Ditto.:( I'll tune in just in case she does leave early, but I can't stay till 5 pm.

I'll definitely be here! Maasdam is leaving for her "Atlantic Adventure" of 42 days, and next year, I hope to be on the same cruise. I've been "lurking" on their roll call, hoping to get some ideas. I'm just hoping someone will be blogging on how the cruise is going. So excited!:D

Yeah, I would also love to do that cruise on the Maasdam. Maybe next year too!:D

I'd like to do that one too - no long flights - I just wish some of the ports were not the 'standard' ports. ;)

Love the Maasdam though. Looking forward to being on her in March:D
