cmjfish Posted December 6, 2013 #1 Share Posted December 6, 2013 We will be staying at Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort and we are looking for the best and cheapest way to the port terminal before and after the cruise. Any suggestions?
Susan-M Posted December 6, 2013 #2 Share Posted December 6, 2013 Probably a taxi. It won't be the best (e.g. a limo) or the cheapest (e.g. the bus) but it will be probably be the most cost effective for the convenience. Here's a link to a thread with similar discussion. Molokai-Chuck Posted December 6, 2013 #3 Share Posted December 6, 2013 I agree... a taxi is overall best for being easy and cost wise. Chuck
cccole Posted December 7, 2013 #4 Share Posted December 7, 2013 You might post on your roll call and see if anyone wants to share a taxi or van with you. There are shuttles that charge about $7-$10pp for the transportation but you lose the ability to leave the hotel at your leisure.
Rare Keith1010 Posted December 7, 2013 #5 Share Posted December 7, 2013 I would go with the taxi. Keith
KirkNC Posted December 7, 2013 #6 Share Posted December 7, 2013 I would go with the taxi. Keith I agree, shuttles can be a pain.
cruzn single Posted December 7, 2013 #7 Share Posted December 7, 2013 Shuttles charge per person, but a cab would probably get in the same price range, as they just charge per the trip.

rickdeni Posted December 11, 2013 #10 Share Posted December 11, 2013 Are there taxis that would hold 6 people and 6-? suitcases?
cccole Posted December 12, 2013 #11 Share Posted December 12, 2013 A mini-van would work. There are plenty of those in Waikiki. Cherie
pizzalady1 Posted January 19, 2014 #12 Share Posted January 19, 2014 Check out go rabbit go dot com (take out the spaces). This is really Roberts and they have a shuttle service of $8 one-way, either airport to hotel, or hotel to pier.
