Credit Card Change to Onboard Account before Boarding

Hi everyone - one last problem before we fly on Friday. My brother-inlaw mislaid his credit card which the three of us were to use on board. He had his replacement card today (different card no., etc.) I went into cruise personalizer and it won't let me change. I suppose I should telephone Princess Cruises tomorrow and may be they can help??:eek:

I believe you can give Princess the credit card you wish to use when you check in.

Call Princess and provide the new number. Your brother in law may have to do this.

You can change CC at the pier check in , no problem at all.

We changed our card at the pier last month. No problem at all.

There is no requirement that you present the card at checkin that you entered in your Cruise Personalizer. No need to contact Princess unless hearing it from them will put your mind at ease.

Your cruise personalizer gets locked 7 days before you cruise, that is likely why you cannot change it on line. Whatever you supply when you check in is the one you will get charged on.

Almost. You can change the credit card or debit card, or use cash at any time prior to Midnight the night before disembarkation. Just go to the Passenger Services desk. So, technically, whatever card, cash or OBC is on your folio 6-7 hours before disembarkation is what will be used for your final bill or refund.
