Leaving tomorrow for a carib cruise

Couldn't remember if they provided a beach bag in the cabin. So I called O and the agent, after much research, told me she was sorry but the didn't. But I had a memory of having gotten such a bag on my one previous cruise [i think I remember one provided on all cruises - but not sure]. Didn't want to pack one if one was waiting for me. So when rummaging through a place where such things are kept, low and behold, there in said waiting place was an Oceania tote bag, and a nice sized zippered one too.

So, do I heed what this phone representative said and pack the found bag or trust my memory and common sense and wait to get the one that we all know is in the cabin waiting for me?

As Lyn said, it is usually Concierge and above that gets a tote bag.

I would take the old one along - an empty tote bag laying on top of your clothes in the suitcase takes up next to no space and weighs very little.
