No excitement here! Exercise class, lunch and sail away coming up. I might take 15 minutes and go and look at my open suitcase! Must do some folding first. Seems like a lot of work....:p

The excitement in front of my house was a drug bust (see above posts). An officer is still looking in the grass/yards around where they stopped the car.

 

That must have been scary.

Thanks for telling us, how many police involved?

 

5-6 unmarked cars (with blue lights flashing) and 8-10 plainclothes officers. Never saw a marked and/or uniformed officer. They just towed the car off.

 

There is an elementary school just around the corner from me and thankfully they have finished and cleared out before the kids start walking home from school.

 

And it wasn't scary, just interesting.

When things like that happen in Pittsburgh (not where we live) -- even if it is undercover, schools go under a lock down and no one can leave the school. Happens a lot.

The school may have been under lockdown. Other than the amount of officers and car, it was uneventful. Only one suspect and he was under control. Very quiet. If I had not been looking out the window, I would have never known anything was happening. The dogs did not even make noise or alert. Generally when stuff goes on outside they do.

Make sure the audio is enabled on the webcam. There is a yellow control just to the left of the title "Port Everglades Webcam"...

Are you using an Apple I Pad or phone? Audio is not compatible.
