Where is the search option on forum?

Trying to search the forum and it appears the search tool is missing when I use the forum drop down menu. Anyone have any idea where it's gone?

My new posts or todays posts has disappeared, been very hit and miss the last week or 2. I do have the search field though.

One of the most frustrating things on this site is finding out what is going on when something like search breaks. I have had no luck locating a "status" board/thread anywhere?

Facebook and/or Twitter page for CC - that's how some of us confirmed that their server/database were down and/or out for maintenance. Part of the recovery in restoring older posts also necessitate IT admin to disable search to avoid further corrupting the file indexing.

you dont need use the search feature to search for posts. Use google, here is an example:

I never thought to use either of those. Then again I don't usually use them. I wonder why the CC web page can't carry some sort of notice.

I've had the same problem for over a week now. The drop down icon is completely gone on every board. Guess we will just have to flood the boards with repeat questions over and over...oh wait, that's already happening :D.

Yep. ALL search options on CruiseCritic are non-existent now. Not a very helpful website these days :rolleyes:.
