Hi Mic, just curious, where are you able to cruise right now? Is it a domestic cruise or are you able to leave the country now? Unfortunately, we were booked (booked January of 2020) to visit AU/NZ in January of 22 but obviously that's not happening for us.

There are of course smaller cruises of 100 pax max doing Coastal cruises and there are river cruises which is what we are doing.

Unfortunately there are no Australia or NZ ocean cruises on mass market lines at the moment, as they are banned until xmas here and October 2022 in NZ. Most mass market lines have cancelled their cruises for the whole season.

For the others, they are likely to do the same if the ban here is extended but there is a slight possibilitiy they can get a few months in for the 2021/2022 summer season. Personally  I don't  expect any of the big lines to be herey until at least our 2022/2023 summer season.

There is a possibility of some cruises going in our winter doing Coastal cruises but the main lines are unlikely  to come here for that.

Just a note, Australians will be able to travel overseas in 2022, so we could (for some people will be) be cruising internationally  before the cruise ships come back here.
