So excited! We are now officially in the single digit weeks - NINE more round trips until it's my turn :D

OK, ready for the next docking. This is getting to be a Wednesday ritual!

 

If port side today we can be sure that this is the default orientation with starboard dockings only by exception to fulfil a specific purpose.

 

In 5 dockings from now I will be onboard - can't wait!:)

For my sailing I'm kinda hoping for a Port docking - we're in aft balconies and I wanna people watch :p

hmmm... starboard surprised me... still too early in season to get a feel for default docking orientation. Dawn was starboard this week - will be interesting to see if a pattern develops of BA same as Dawn each week.

Just from casual observation over the last 3 years, the NCL ships have faced out to sea about 2/3-3/4 of the time when docked at that exact dock.

I'm actually hoping for a BA port side docking so our aft cabins face the Summit - of course I could change my mind at any given moment :p

 

We were docked Port side (May 11-18 sailing). Hoping you get this view every day. :D Have a great trip!

Which way they docked at the yard also depends on whether they have scheduled maintenance on the side of the ship and launching their lifeboats to do safety training & crews only drills as required, as I recall.

I can't tell if the Breakaway is docked in NY yet. It doesn't look like it from the NY Port webcam and the Breakaway's cam must be off. Any one know anything?
