Thank you to "Celebrity Cruises"

My husband and I will be on the Solstice very soon heading to Alaska. It's my husband's first time on Celebrity, and my second cruise on Celebrity in 8 years.

I've been perusing this particular forum for some time, and I would like to take the opportunity to thank Celebrity's official representative, "Celebrity Cruises", who posts here. Perhaps it's more than one person, I don't know. But whoever the individual(s) may be, they have been more than patient, kind, and helpful in addressing questions and concerns. I realize that they are probably restricted as to what information they can disseminate. I appreciate that they do a difficult job, and are only the messenger. So, thank you, Celebrity Cruises.

My husband and I are very much looking forward to our vacation on the Celebrity Solstice.

Yes...thank you so much for hiring some of the most wonderful people to serve my Dh and I on our cruises. Minnie, a waiter on two of our ships, went beyond the call of duty to serve, entertain and keep us well fed and happy. Were some nights busier than others...yes, but Minnie made our nights so enjoyable and always had those little extras for us no matter what! Celebrity is a two way street; be nice and get treated nicely! You are not a prince or a princess...but many of the crew treat you that way!

I agree with these positive comments. We have sailed twice on Celebrity and our third will be this Friday. We have always had exceptional service and have been met with smiley faces by the crew.

I refuse to let the negative comments on this board taint me. Thank you Celebrity for the great experiences that have made our cruise vacations so wonderful! We have sailed on three other lines and are happiest with X.

So nice to see a positive post about Celebrity's customer service. They, along with Host Andy, are so helpful. You are going to love the Solstice. We booked her for our second time in a year. Hope you enjoy your cruise!!
