As correctly pointed out by others, as there is no 9080 could you mean 9580, which would be a D2 Superior Ocean View balcony stateroom located on the "hump" across from the elevator lobby on the starboard side of the ship.

 

If so, that would have a balcony size as listed on the RCI website of 53 sq. ft., but as it is on the hump on the forward outward curve the actual size, although not rectangular as with non-hump locations, may be somewhat larger.

I'm guessing they mean 9580 as it is one of the sought after balconies on Jewel after the aft balconies. I was recently in 9092. My friends were in 9580 and

I would say it was about 2/3rds as deep as mine below.
