Chico's big sale

I got a postcard from Chico's about a BIG SALE they are having:D

Part of it is save 25.00 when you purchase 100.00 AND everything in

the store is 40% off with other items 60% off:)

 

I don't consider myself a "bling" type of gal....and I am not saying there

is anything wrong with bling.....but usually If I wear bling, it is more subtle.

Anyway, I found quite a few things today and this is one of the pair

of pants I got.......I LOVE THEM:D.....they have a little bling and I

never thought I would wear gold on the bottom but there is enough

white to offset it and not be "too much".

And you can't see it in the photo but they are teeny rhinestones

on them as well. And they were on big sale too:)

And I got this top to go with the pants......the picture really doesn't

do it much justice....it is much prettier in person and I don't usually

wear khaki tops...they can be a bit blaaahhh.....but when I tried this

one on....I really liked it:) and it goes very well with the pants:D

I also got a very cute Aqua top....it has embroidery down the center

(tonal).

And I got 2 other pair of pants:)...one black and one white....

The white are crop pants.....in the Znergy collection...and the black

ones are ankle pants (not part of Znergy).

I am wearing white on one part of my body, the other part is color:D

White pants......colorful top............white top......colored bottoms.

The outfit above is about as "low color" as I go. (or bland might be

a better term).

Very cute Lois. I really like the pants. I'm a bling girl, so those are right up my alley.

 

I go mall walking every morning, while the stores are still closed. I pass Chico's and have seen a few cute things in the window. I have a feeling I may have to start my walk a little later, so I can drop in and take a look.

Lois, I'm not a beige or blingy person, but I'd definitely try that outfit on, very classy and very cool looking (which sounds great right now, its' HOT).

 

The closets Chico's to me is about 1-1/2 to 2 hours away. I think, that's the last I knew of. I also have no idea what size I wear in Chico's sizing. I got my last order from Coldwater Creek yesterday. All I need to complete my wardrobe is a pair of crisp dressyish white slacks. Is the sale online as well?

To answer my own question, Yes, the sale is online. Now to check out the sizing.

Hi Amy:) I wear a 3 in the pants (I wear a 16 in most normal sizes)

Their tops I wear a 2 and 3.....depends on the top/style/cut/material.

I'm a bit bummed. I looked at the site and they have lovely stuff, which I knew. I was thrilled that their pants come in Tall sizes. Not so thrilled when I saw that their definition of tall is a 32" inseam. That's regular for most other brands and Tall is at least 33" if not up to 35". Pooooo
