? on Dublin Cruise port to city center

Could someone please tell me where the shuttle that is available at the ship drops you off in Dublin? Is it near any of the tourist sights?

I just returned from a British Isles cruise that stopped in Dublin. The shuttle dropped us off on Kildare Street, right near Trinity College.

Most likely, as the cruise ships dock in the middle of a very industrial an d busy port. There isn't a safe way out of the port other than taxi or shuttle, or cruise excursion.

I was wondering if you could give me info of what you did at each stop?

Not all cruise lines provide shuttles. If yours does then as mentioned it will likely drop you off by Trinity College as that is an area that is a drop off point for most shuttles. Drive is about 30 minutes. It's not that far but traffic can be congested. Otherwise I would take a taxi outside the port. There will be a shuttle within the port for sure to take you to the entrance.
