As for the rest of the 1000's of View(ers) each weekly post gets - c'mon, post a comment, an update, an encouragement, a success, a need for support - that's what this weekly thread is all about! (We love lurkers too though :-)) Managed to lose another one, down to 187 this morning. DW says that's enough and I have to go to maintenance mode. Wish I could get rid of the jiggly little side thingies, but I'm going to agree-very happy with my progress and am going to enjoy it. Signed me and DD up for a 5K Color Run for Nov. 1st. We did one a few years ago and she wanted to do it again-everyone else is working or has commitments so it'll just be daddy-daughter - these are getting rare so gotta take em as they come. Nice to have some father/daughter time.:D I had a good week (if my scale is right) & lost 2 lbs so am pleased about that. Of course there are still a lot more that have to go.:o Just 3 weeks 'til my next cruise which always means more pounds to be added. The good news is I ate a lot, but I also completed my first 10k on vaca, even though it was slow and half walking, haha. Either way, I ended up losing 1.5 lbs and didn't even realize it! I feel your pain, I so crashed and burned this weekend - eating wise. Hopefully the work around the house and stuff offset it at least a little. We'll see Thursday. Anything we can help you focus on? I have double Achilles tendonitis so a lot of my usual exercise is off limits. But there's still biking and swimming. I just need to make it a priority. And I do best with my food if I log it.
