Yes there is and no charge for any food item other than drinks.

The international cafe has a "chocolate pudding" that is really a mouse but anyway it is chocolaty heaven in your mouth!! :D

IC has some really good muffins but I can't remember the name of their most popular muffin.

26 days until my wife uses her coffee card at IC on Star Princess. :)

 

Even though we are asleep all night it's somehow comforting to know there is a 24 hour venue available and during the day IC is always good for grabbing a quick "something" without having to brave HC.

The International Cafe is the BEST! They have a Blueberry Roulade that is "to die for" :)

I thought the cronuts in the IC on the Golden recently were outstanding, but another poster said they were "meh". YMMV, but I think they are worth a try!
