Sixth floor suite forward of mid elevators

Boarded at 11:30 and in room by noon...bags arrived at 1 PM

Ship...

Officers observed helping clear tables around sea view pool

Officer removed paraphernalia from a chair hog's chair at same pool!!

Book exchange in the Crow's Nest almost non existent

Caneletto served wine in stem less water glasses??!!

Joel in the Pinnacle was professional and pleasant

Room...

I removed bath tub drain as it wouldn't go up or down. Wasn't fixed after it was reported. Bathroom floor grouting was missing.

Bathrobes were clean but badly frayed around collars and sleeves

Curtains and bed skirt were replaced all along our deck through out the cruise.

Ports...

Port side faced town or beach in Turks, San Juan and HMC

Took the trolley ride in Turks. Lots of fun but also lots of roadside litter.

6 ships in St. Thomas and over 19,000 milling tourists.

Thanks for your quick review. We also had Joel in the Pinnacle. Excellent.

Many times I saw Officer's cleaning tables at Sea View.

Our bathtub didn't drain either.

Our curtains were replaced mid cruise too.

Loved my first HAL experience. (Westerdam...Feb. 28-Mar.7)

Wine in "water" glasses.... they are going for the true Italian feel I guess. Have many glasses of wine in Italy in small "water" glasses.

We've been using stemless wine glasses at home for some time. Has cut way down on spilled wine.

Yes we thoroughly enjoyed our tenth HAL cruise.

We booked same one next year...364 days and counting

First time for stem less wine glasses. It does seem safer...just caught us off guard.

My wife told me to tell all the ladies the costume jewellery in the Signature shop was better quality than last year and a higher cost too. I wouldn't know!!

Just the facts, as Jack Webb used to say!!

Hope everyone a smiley cruise
