You should get free drink card, good while in the casino. Carnival logo gift item. We received really nice beach towels. Chocolate covered strawberries delivered to your stateroom. A welcome aboard cocktail party. Premier check in. Special slot tourney events. Casino cash you can claim at cage on day one.

Just got back from a premiere casino cruise on the Splendor. The first night they threw us a party before dinner in one of the lounges. It was a great party and they spared no expense. The drinks were flowing (anything you wanted) and really good sushi, chicken, little hot dogs, cheese balls-they just kept coming with the food. At the party they had the first of many drawings for money prizes. In your room were two drinks on us cards two nice cups, a lanyard and a list of times for the events in the casino. When the casino opened you went to the cage to receive your cruise cash. Every night they sent something to the room-chocolate covered strawberries, cookies, champagne, a nice stainless steel thermos and cups in a carrying case and on the last night I received two steakhouse selections in the MDR. They had several special drawings and free slot tournaments if you qualified. The players club really did a great job. Hope you enjoy yours as much.

My father in law is traveling with us but he doesn't have the premier, since he is elderly and really doesn't go around a ship by himself would he be able to join us at the party?

If he is in your room he will get all of the Premier Perks. If not, I don't know. No matter what I would bring him to the party, I don't think anyone would question him based on my past experiences.

This is all good to know. I have a premier offer right now and had no idea about the drinks on us card being included. Does anyone know without calling how to find out how much casino cash you get for particular sailings? I'm looking through the list and can't seem to find out how much I'll get.

Also I have a couple of Pack and Plays currently booked and was wondering if you get the drinks on us card with that offer.

I was also wondering with the Pack and Play offer if you still get credit for your sail days toward your VIFP rewards. I read somewhere that someone didnt get the days added because it was a free cruise and you have to pay for the cruise to be able to get credit toward your VIFP rewards.

I'm really appreciating Carnivals Players Club recognizing play and rewarding people for spending money. I know I'm lucky and not every deserving player receives them, but it makes me want to stick with Carnival to see what they keep offering me in terms of free and discounted travel. It really is a nice thing to do. Especially when what I've spent on Carnival is only crumbs to what I spent on one RCI cruise and RCI didn't even give me a pat on the back yet Carnival keeps sending me offers now.

Sorry for the rant at the end but I'm sure some of you feel the same way, and thanks in advance for answering those few questions I have as I'm still new to getting these offers.

The casino cash is all different for everybody, there are codes, my other half is getting $900 and I only getting $50 lol...but he is the one that received the premier cruise offer not I, but because I am in the room with him, I also will be receiving the drinks on us card.

As long as we receive these casino offers we will continue going on Carnival.

We love Carnival but these offers even make it better!

So on the Breeze i paid more waiting for my free drink in ghe casino than i would have for cheers, so next cruise i am getting cheers so I don't have to just go to the casino for the free drink. If i am there fine, but not just to get a drink!

I did my first Premier cruise on 11/29 on Freedom (as a solo).

I just booked 5/31 on Conquest.

I absolutely do NOT need more food goodies in the cabin and will ask that they just skip me. I'll take the free bubbly, though!

I also do not need more mugs. I haven't used either that I got last time.

I'll take my casino cash and drink card and that's all I want or need. :D

I practically had to beat the drink servers off me in the casino. They were all very personable and very quick. I also add a tip to every "free" drink even though I know they're being tipped by the casino. They're running around like crazy. I figure that's the least I can do.

I didn't even drink all of my one carry-on wine over the course of 8 nights (and I drink more when I'm solo). I'm not even going to bother. I can't imagine spending money on Cheers, too. But then, I actually like to sort of remember my cruise when I get home! :p

I often stopped in the casino before I went to dinner just long enough to get a glass of wine and then took that to the MDR.

  • 1 month later...

Can someone please refresh my memory?

Before I sailed Freedom, I had emailed the Players Club with a couple of questions and confirmed my Casino Cash.

BUT, the offer clearly states "to redeem the Casino Cash voucher, the named guest must bring the original voucher to the casino cage."

I don't recall receiving a "Casino Cash voucher" before that sailing and don't have one for my upcoming Conquest Premier cruise, which is in just over 5 weeks.

Should I get this in the mail? There was a Diamond couple on Freedom who had trouble getting their cash from the window and had to talk to the casino host multiple times to get it straightened out. I at least had the email from the Players Club as my backup.

On non-premier sailings, I just go to the window and my name is on a list, but given what I quoted above, I'd like to be sure that will work.

They had mailed me a couple vouchers for cash on the first two of the three premieres I did last year. Then the third I didn't get anything in mail so I called. They said they weren't mailing out packets anymore. When i got to cage they couldn't find my amount so I showed them the original Premiere mailer and they found it then? The host told me to bring that from now on just incase. So I would bring your mailer to save some headache incase they can't find you on the list.

Thanks. I have the mailer with my other docs already. I do tend to print and bring everything with me because I just know the one time I don't will be the time I need "proof" of something!

I may email the Players Club and ask them to confirm this, just in case. I'm also going to tell them to not bring me the food items. If I knew what the other "gifts" might be, I'd probably ask that they keep those, too. I don't eat the plate of chocolates I get for being Platinum. Last thing I want is two plates (they came on the same day on Freedom). What a waste! Give me an extra bottle of bubbly or more cash, thanks! :p

See my pic in post #15. That was the contents of the Black Bag that was in the cabin upon arrival.

Throughout the week, you'll get other goodies in the cabin. The "gift" varies.

Bear in mind that there "casino offers" and then there are Premier Casino Cruises. What we're talking about are the Premier cruises. I've also sailed just under a casino rate, which was cheaper than Early Saver, but all it involved was the lower fare and some casino cash.

The Premier cruises are a whole different offer.

Thanks for the info everyone!

As far as knowing how much casino credit (or cash) it stated right on my offer when I went into my offers. I can't wait!:)

Hi Diane and Bruce its Lynn and Ed from the Splendor Jan 2014. Are you two doing a premier cruise. Ed got an offer and we are doing the Splendor on June 9. Would be great to have a drink at the Martini Bar with your two if your on this cruise.
