Celebrity Modern Luxury takes Edge Class to a New Level – Introducing “Carnivore Class

When Celebrity Cruises’ newest Edge Class ship, sets sail for the first time in 2017, her sleek exterior and critically acclaimed interior design won’t be the only features raising eyebrows among cruise and travel enthusiasts. Playing off the success of the launch of Celebrity Solstice Class ships “Aqua Class” Staterooms, the yet to be named Edge Class Ships will introduce the newest category of Modern Luxury Staterooms …… “Carnivore Class” designed for to bring out the Carnivore in each of us and delight our senses both in stateroom and in its new specialty Restaurant “Red”. (Picture 1 attached)

Celebrity’s Carnivore Class veranda staterooms with in room perks like rich denim bed sheets, a leather bath robe, expanded room service menu, plus an Edge-class exclusive feature placing the staterooms in close proximity to the ships’ two-story meat cooler, Dry Age Room, and exclusive bar known as “”The Huntsperson Club.” The Huntsperson Club will be exclusive; no carb-eaters here, not even suite guests will be able to gain entry. Only those who have a taste for the wild things of life. What could be better than relaxing in the evening in your own private club, in leather chairs soft as a baby cafs bottom, sipping a nice bourbon, enjoying a thick slice of bacon, and simply watching the meat age?

Guests in Celebrity’s Carnivore Class enjoy a host of Modern Luxury amenities and perks. These include unlimited access to your very own “Butcher Butler” (Picture 2 attached) also known as your personal “Meat Concierge” to help guide your through your daily dining options. The Huntspersons Club is an adventure themed club serving only the finest meats, cheeses and spirits from around the world. Carnivore Class guests also enjoy unlimited, complimentary access to the ship’s exclusive, specialty restaurant, Red. The dinner menu is not for amateurs and features savoury appetizers along the lines of roasted, grilled, and braised meats from around the globe. We will also feature over 250 varieties of steak sauces from six continents. Consider dining on a menu including wild Turkish boar, Giraffe from Tanzania, or Alaskan musk ox in addition to its sure award winning steaks, fish from the seven seas, and other wild game options.

One exciting perk of Carnivore Class guests will experience upon boarding the ship will be a presentation of their own engraved steak knife (picture 3 attached). This will be kept in Red for each guests use in the evening and will remain as a souvenir at the completion of the cruise. (Please remember to place your steak knife in your checked luggage per TSA regulations).

Look for more Edge Class exclusive features to be announced in the near future.

One of my favorite U.S. land-based restaurants is Fogo de Chao. The "carnivore class" description would also properly describe this restaurant style of dining (minus a complimentary steak knife). For those that sail NCL, a similar styled brazillian churrascaria (Moderno) is currently available and a lot of fun to dine in that venue.

Maybe Celebrity can take this suggestion for their new EDGE class ships (hint, hint). :D ;)

P.S. Great laughs today. :)

Sure took me in for the ride! Happy April Fools and thanks for sharing the imaginative idea!

Ideas like this don't come cheap - You should work for Celebrity's marketing department.
