We are sailing Coral Princess from Vancouver to Whittier then on to to Fairbanks with Princess Denali Explorer in July. Since we leave from the USA, Fairbanks, and land in Seattle, do we have customs in Seattle for US Citizens? Need to schedule connecting flight from Seattle to home. I don't think we have customs but not sure.

You will go through US Immigration in Vancouver, before boarding. Everything afterwards is considered domestic.

They're asking about customs & immigration for the flight from Fairbanks to Seattle. They'll have to go through customs in Whittier (when getting off the cruise ship) but everything after that is within U.S. borders.

There is no customs and immigration in Whittier. You go thru that before boarding in Vancouver. Once you leave Vancouver, everything else is US. Otherwise you would have to clear immigration at your first US port along the way, not at your last port.
