Everything that we asked for through Tanji was nicely accommodated by Kim Reed, Michaels Club concierge, and Domnic, our butler. The butlers now report into Guest Relations through the Michaels Club concierge. The goal/intent is for upper suite passengers to be contacted shortly after final payment has been made. We were also told that they want to know everything about upper suite passengers (ie music preference, food likes/dislikes, etc.). I don't think that part of the program is working quite yet! We're sailing in March from Valparaiso to Miami. Anyone know who the Michael's club concierge is on the Infinity? At one point someone had a list of all the ships and the names of the Michael's club concierges, plus how to contact them. Not only can't I find it on CC, but I'm sure it's out of date.
