RuthC Posted November 19, 2015 #53 Share Posted November 19, 2015 Hey, Ruth, welcome home! How did you like your cruise and the milestones!? Oh thanks for the reminder SilvertoGold! So, how does it feel to be Platinum, RuthC? :) (apparently, one can take only two quotes; I was trying for three. :() Thanks SilvertoGold, Cow Princess, and Innlady. It was a real kick to "complete the fleet" by having sailed all of the (at the time) 15 ships of the current fleet. I love the idea of having the "full set" of current ships, plus two that are long gone. The plan is to keep that intact by adding the Koningsdam next year. I had looked forward to getting my platinum medallion for a long time, and was very excited to have it presented to me. At the next Mariners Reception I liked coming in with that white ribbon. Sheila, I have 716 real, actual, "heads in beds" days on HAL. So far. ;)

RuthC Posted November 20, 2015 #60 Share Posted November 20, 2015 Congratulations, RuthC! The President's Club awaits! LOL! Not likely to happen in this lifetime. Just not enough cruising days in my future to qualify for that.
tommui987 Posted November 20, 2015 #61 Share Posted November 20, 2015 Ruth C: I was so sorry that I did not meet you - and the other CCs - on the October voyage on the Nieuw Amsterdam. For some reason, we missed the M&G. Still trying to figure out whether the Peggy my wife was talking to was the same Peggy that organized a trip to Florence! Maybe the next time?
