Boarding with different C&A members

I will be cruising on Oasis this weekend with my father. I get priority boarding as a C&A member but he is not a member. Will he be able to board with me or do I have to skip priority boarding?

Possibly, depends on port personnel. They usually try to keep a party together, but sometimes not. If not, the difference is 5-10 minutes, so not really a big deal.

Just did Freedom for Thanksgiving. We were not allowed to bring my parents through the Emerald line with us, of course their Gold line was shorter/faster and they beat us on to the ship anyway so I guess it didn't matter :)

Everyone boards together no matter their c&a status if boarding has started by the time you finish check in.

The ship won't leave without you. My sister is Platinum, so when she cruises with us, we simply sit in the Platinum section with her. It's no big deal. You all get on at some point. ;)

Same stateroom or different stateroom? If different stateroom, and he is an adult, than he would be treated as his status dictates. If you arrive early, than the boarding process matters. If they already started, than you status really does not matter.

Last year sailing out of Sydney, Australia, our daughter and Aunt were on their first cruise and they got in the Priority line with us, but went to a different counter to check in.

Another option is arriving about 12:15 getting thru checkin and picture take and walking on together.

The initial wave of boarders should almost be done.

We boarded Liberty out of NJ with our inlaws. We told them we were diamond members and this was their first cruise and we asked if they could get in line with us and we were told it was ok.

the only real 'priority' is for Pinnacle and suites. everyone else will be on board within a short time frame after the boarding process begins. if you ar not give tune same boarding number, just wait the extra 5 and board with the last number called of your group.

It looks like you are getting all sorts of different answers. My two cents is that my husband and I are diamond and his parents are gold. We travel together both on RCI and Celebrity. They have not been turned away when they get in the Diamond line with us.

If you're in the same cabin, he can board with you. If you have different cabins, it's possible they'll let the entire party stay together...not a huge deal, tho, if they don't.
