Texas_Diver Posted December 19, 2015 #1 Share Posted December 19, 2015 To those who smuggle liquor onto a cruise, what do you do once on board? Drink it, I know. But with what? Do you buy sodas to use as mixers? Do you drink it straight?
cb at sea Posted December 19, 2015 #2 Share Posted December 19, 2015 That's why we don't do that...I like Vodka tonics....asking for limes....too much trouble!
paul929207 Posted December 19, 2015 #3 Share Posted December 19, 2015 I suspect you will get the same answers as if you asked what people use as mixers at home. Some will by soda, juice, etc. Some will use water. Some will drink it straight.

Do you buy sodas to use as mixers? Do you drink it straight? I don't smuggle (not worth the effort IMO), but if I did it would be no problem because my drink of choice is a top shelf bourbon - neat. YubaSutter Posted December 20, 2015 #5 Share Posted December 20, 2015 I smuggle a lot. I generally have bourbon in the rocks, tequila shots, and bloody Marys. I bring the Bloody Mary mix in cans.
ithaca gal Posted December 20, 2015 #6 Share Posted December 20, 2015 We don't hassle with smuggling. We're pretty honest.
Rare Keith1010 Posted December 20, 2015 #7 Share Posted December 20, 2015 Don't smuggle. Obey the rules and just purchase your drinks on board. Keith
