With so many Elite passengers now is it time to start Princess Elite Plus?

And only by the amount of days that you have cruised. This is jut a suggestion

(200) days.

I would think that any new level on Princess would be considerable higher than 200 days. Elite requires 150 days or 15 cruise credits. A new level would likely be 500 or more days. As to cruise credits, these help Princess fill ships on the short cruises, they will probably include them in any new level
