New water and soda package option at port Canaveral

I saw this at Port Canaveral terminal before boarding today. It seems to be a little better deal than the cruise planner.

Too bad they won't give any decent water deals on the pre-cruise planner. By the time I would see that sign, our bag with the case of water is already in the hands of the porters.

6 waters for $6 and 4 cokes for $6. I didn't buy it but they were selling all kinds of things like lanyards hats sunscreen bug spray. It looked like cash or credit card no seapass. I think you have to take it on board but not sure.

It looks "unofficial", from just what the picture shows.

 

Probably some enterprising local with a friend who works at the terminal and got permission to set up a table.

They were singles. Although they did have plastic bags.

Supposedly not allowed, but they rarely balk at it. Spring break cruises can be more restrictive. (they don't want you smuggling booze in water bottles)

I think this may be a test to see if people will purchase water for use on board which would possibly cause a more restrictive water in luggage policy.
