Carnival website question?

Am I the only one who find's the Carnival website hard to navigate? We're booking a cruise with friend's and want to book another week either before or after, and I can't seem to get those cruise's to come up???

Do I need to hire an 8 year old to help me?? :)?

Thanks.

I find it harder to navigate than the old one....but thought it was just me (I'm thoroughly convinced the reason our office has an IT specialist is because of me).

I find this one is a little cumbersome to get the info I want using filters and sometimes it seems like I'm going in loops or puts me back a few steps.

I thought the issue might be because I wasn't using Windows 10 but it hasn't made any difference.

I know it's fairly new so maybe all the bugs aren't worked out yet and they get fixed as they get notified?

I like the new layout better.

Not to offend, just read before you click. In four clicks I can see all cruises out of Galveston in any desired month.

I have not had any trouble with the new web site.

If the weeks you are searching are within one month then just put that whole month into the search bar to see all possible cruises.

If the weeks you are searching are in different months then put the early month and the later month into the search parameters and you should see all possible cruises between the 2 .

For me, it isn't hard to navigate. It just doesn't work most of the time. I get spinning wheel and the cruises don't populate. Its incredibly frustrating.

That's what happens to me when I go in through Internet Explorer. However, I have no problem when I go in through Moxzilla. Annoying!

I have zero problems on my desktop computer BUT my tablet (which is 4 years old) is a mess with some websites, including the Carnival website. In fact, now it pulls up cruises from 2015 as dates available, LOL. I don't know why it does that.... like I said, my desktop computer and my DH laptop work great with the new website.

With this new version, there is no filter to put the number of passengers.

I want to see the solo rate- with the old version, you're able to see all the cruise prices for one passenger at the same time.

Not with the new version, and, at times, you cannot change the number of passengers- it's stuck on 2- Ugh !

I end up by going on NCL, RCCL or Princess' websites and have booked 2 solo cruises- not on Carnival.

If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it.
