Rare Beamafar Posted July 4, 2016 #3 Share Posted July 4, 2016 I thought "Seaside" was bad ................... "Seaview"??? Meh Kindergarten kids would have come up with something more creative and attractive
Rare L454S Posted July 4, 2016 #4 Share Posted July 4, 2016 Isn't that the name of the submarine from the old series voyage to the bottom of the sea? I do like the name compared to others I have come across.
sidari Posted July 4, 2016 #5 Share Posted July 4, 2016 Maybe the third one will be called Wetsea!
Mikesa1721 Posted July 4, 2016 Author #6 Share Posted July 4, 2016 I don't care for the name personally!!! It's obvious MSC is staying with the "SEA" prefix,,,question is,,,what will MSC Seaside III and Seaside IV be named??

Mikesa1721 Posted July 4, 2016 Author #11 Share Posted July 4, 2016 Mike ... Was that it, the big announcement, or is there more to come? I believe so Sid,,,You can book sailings onboard MSC Seaview if you are a Voyagers Club member for two weeks before the general public.

Do we know where the ship will go after inaugural season in the Med? Is it due to come to the US? Can't wait to see the drawings of the spaces as they come out..I also like the 360 degree waterfront. Love2Cruz2015 Posted July 4, 2016 #13 Share Posted July 4, 2016 (edited) Also, same itin as Meraviglia, so I'm wondering if Meraviglia will change itinerary when Seaview launches. Only real difference is Meraviglia calls at Palermo and Seaview will call at Messina. Oh and they switched out Rome for Naples. Only real difference is Meraviglia calls at Palermo and Seaview will call at Messina. Oh and they switched out Rome for Naples. I saw that as well Love2. Hard to say if MSC Meraviglia will sail a different itinerary after April 2018, but I guess we'll find out once the 2018/2019 itineraries are released. For now only MSC Seaview's itineraries are available into the summer of 2018,,:(
Love2Cruz2015 Posted July 4, 2016 #17 Share Posted July 4, 2016 The US prices are starting at $400 more than Meraviglia for insides.

Also Carnival will launch a new ship in 2018 that I will want to try as well.. So many new ships coming out in the next few years!!! So exciting!
