Called princess but was told it's my browser and not their fault. Been using same browser w them for years....how does that work??? Any suggestions? With some people having problems & others none then it might be partially due to specific types of web browsers or operating systems. If experiencing problems, I'd call Princess or a TA to search for options & prices and not have a technology glitch affect my choice for a cruise. Suddenly Firefox is having issues (can't get to my booked cruises or my profile info) so I fired up Chrome and it works fine. Gotta love the Princess IT staff. I wonder where they get them from... The first couple of times that I could not access the Princess search site I just figured that it was gremlins in the Princess system and I would try later. By the third time, when I could not get the information I wanted, I spent the time I had planned on spending on the Princess site on another site that was working. The past day or two, however, I have noticed the search and display and cabin selection are similar to a month or so ago when Princess IT was playing/tweaking with their site and causing some of us to have problems. Thrak Posted October 5, 2016 #50 Share Posted October 5, 2016 I had issues for 10 minutes with Firefox. Tried Chrome and it worked. Closed both. Reopened Firefox and it worked fine. Bizarre.
